Novacore Labs is a nine-person studio of backend and ML engineers. We started in 2019 tuning Postgres queries; these days we mostly argue about chunking strategies and GPU utilization curves. Thirty-one production launches, zero abandoned codebases — we hand over runbooks, not mysteries.
We work in English across European time zones, async-first, one weekly call. Current stack: Go, Python, Postgres, NATS, Kubernetes, too much Prometheus.
